Design of a Transponder Receiver Based on Solid-State Microwave Maser

Abstract

This paper presents the design of a new regime transponder receiver based on solid-state microwave maser. Addressing the need for ultra-high sensitivity reception of microwave signals in secondary radar systems, as well as the issue of limited antenna size due to the miniaturization of the system, research into quantum Stetson’s reception of arbitrary spatial signals and polarization characteristics were conducted. A quantum antenna with transmission and reception characteristics was designed. Breakthroughs in key technologies and processes, such as the preparation of solid-state spin gain mediums, design and fabrication of high-quality factor resonant cavities, and integrated optimization of microwave masers, were explored. This research aims to explore pathways for the miniaturization and even device integration of primary radar systems, providing a new technical direction for the development of next-generation secondary radar systems.
