Abstract

Discussing how intellectual property literacy can be effectively integrated into the new mode of education and teaching for the cultivation of industrial design talents in colleges and universities is aimed at responding to the call for mutual promotion and value co-creation of industrial design and intellectual property in the context of the national "new engineering ", and expanding the innovative ways of comprehensive education and teaching system for the cultivation of industrial design talents in the new era. By explaining the value of intellectual property literacy and industrial talent cultivation, and analyzing the components of the curriculum system for integrating intellectual property literacy into the industrial design teaching system, the structure of the modularized curriculum system, and the key points of the teaching system construction, the educational model of high-value industrial design talent cultivation program is formulated. This model will promote the diversified integration of industrial design education and intellectual property education, and provide a feasible reference for the innovation and high-value shaping of industrial design education in China.
